i found the free hotel taxi transfer from the airport very convenient. the staff was helpful and amiable. i recommend using the spa if your stay is longer. i arrived late and the room service options were available. i could even get buffet breakfast from 4am. so handy!
i noticed dust in the room. also the corridors had a noticeable smell of strong cigarette smoke. despite prominent non-smoking signs, the smell was present. i did not appreciate this.
